Two technologies in one protector

Hybrid Protection combines the advantages of foam and airbag protection: little weight, small packing size and a high degree of passive safety. Harnesses with Hybrid Protection are generally designed so that foam is fitted under the seat, giving the pilot protection even before take off.

Once in the air, this protection is augmented with a thick cushion of air around the pilot's back. The most effective aerodynamic shape was an important consideration in the design of the airbag. Hybrid Protection is particularly suitable for all-round and cross-country harnesses, which should be light and safe.
